The timing of the cash deployment was bad in hindsight. No way of knowing a pandemic would hit and the absolute collapse of the Real which is one of the worst performing currencies.
The situation in Brazil with the pandemic is slowly getting better but its still a disaster there.

The thing that worries me as an investor is when they decide to deploy that remaining capital, if its gonna be another acquisition negatively perceived.
