Seems like 142,175 shares were bought back in February (and 171,875 cancelled). They significantly lowered buyback activity. No buybacks in February until the 17th. 5 buyback days in total.

I agree. Although they likely purchased some more beginning of March as the price was below 5.40 a couple of times and the volume picked up a little bit. Earnings should be out next Thursday if I had to guess, and maybe they have new deals they are beginning to save cash for.

This is ridiculous, we are in mid March, why does it take so long to issue the results, I know it is the year end results but holy cow. I am a controlloer for a publicly listed company, i wish my company had all of this time to issue the results.

This time frame isn't out of the ordinary based on the past 6 years of Annual Report releases which have more or less always taken place the last two weeks of March:
