RE:Closures. Shut down any of the cash burning papers if a) the gov is not funding to keep them open 2) if they can't generate revenue to act as a profitable business.
The Feds really messed up on the C-18 hardball strategy and it should be up to them to fix it. There will be many other print operations shutting down in the coming months.
