Comparable to GVC is LEE

Look at LEE Enterprises inthe US as exposed by Kuppy late last week as a sexy digital business masked by a dirty print business.  Showing strong digital revenue growth and the business is now roughly 50% digital revenues, very similar to GVC but LEE is carrying a load of debt and lease obligations. 

GVC with net cash of $22m on a $52m market cap, leaves us with a $30m enterprise value, and the story continues to evolve. These guys generated $30m in free cash flow in the last 5 quarters.
