they have to pay to all the Canadian newspapers. and paid like 17,000/employee. For community newspapers, the gov't of Canada can buy all the Community newspapers like vancouver Sun, the province etc for less than 500 million because nobody wants to buy these 'local' newspapers or legacy business that has no future. it's like the CBC, they are losing money running these
