Is GXE a buy

Is GXE a buyI have been looking at this one for a few weeks , but did not pull the trigger. Decided late last week to take a position and was disappointed bigtime when l decided to wait til Monday and then OPEC plus did what basically noone forecast. On Tuesday l sold a major position for me and invested in a Banking Etf , today an opportunity presented itself and l sold at no loss and bought Gear at a combined 110 and 111 , finally , wish it was when it was 1.03 but that's spilt milk . Small potatoes to some but at 1.12 my 25000 shares are up very nicely. I have been low weighted on Energy of late but this is my new focus and if by chance the punters are right about 100 dollar oil by Q4 then the year high of $1.70 will be beaten and my small portfolio compared to some will be up substantially. .
