OPEC Chief today...

* warns of supply crunch

* indicates that demand destruction in China is overreated

* says there is a short of spare capacity
 
This means a higher oil price and a re-rating for GXE as its treasure chest explodes with FCF.

I agree now is the time to load up on oil stocks...my rule is buy when its hated or out of favour and sell when its loved and everyone is talking about it it works
