Sounds like technical analysis to me at its most moot. The corollary would be a stock isn't overpriced if it stays overpriced? The problem is reality showing up. Like all technical "trends". It works until it doesn't. A stock goes up until it doesn't. Or, it trades sideways until it doesn't. Etc etc. it's all , 100%, hindsight, jibber jabber, after the fact, of no ...more
