Dividend reinvesting

Never seen so many 500 buy/sell lots. I assume that this is associated with a DRIP? i don't have a DRIP but received the dividend in my account. I don't think it is investors reinvesting their dividends becasue they would have to pay a brokerage fee (interactive brokers excluded) for each transaction wheras Drips (to the best of my knowledge) have to fees for each transaction.
