They need to visit all OJ customers.
They need to persuade them to use GXI products ie switch from what they currently have. What integration efficiencies are in place to make it useful?
What they have is OJ and existing customers and existing revenue there, thats in the price already. Any move by customers to GXI is going to take a while to resolve. $2.75 ? Sure that could happen, but all I see for the next 24 months are expenses not real revenues.
