Sort of. Depends on where you are in the hierarchy of lenders & shareholders. Common shareholders are the last to recover their investment. The question now becomes: Do they take the money from the Openjaw sales, pay secured and unsecured creditors, and then declare BK...which wipes out the common shareholders. Or, do they have enough money from the sales to finance restarting Guestlogix and moving to the Venture exchange (ideally the commons get moved to that exchange somehow).
