Capitulation

CapitulationI have been following HBC for some time...but have not owned.  Until today.

This stock is definitely oversold, it is now almost declined as much as Sears.  Yet Sears does not have the real estate holdings that HBC does.

I believe this is capitulation.  Hopefully I am doing this the "Buffet Way" and buying when fear is driving a sell off beyond reason.  Indeed, the real estate holdings are likely not worth the 25 dollars per share as claimed by some, but there is value there.

Buy and hold for a bit.  I don't think I am catching a falling knife, but it will not be the first time I have cut myself.
