RE:Are the Board of Directors crooks or dumbells?The wework deal is the reason i think going private will be difficult, unless wework chooses to stay on board if they go private. I bought in yesterday and already feel quite lucky but i am really just invested because of Litt. Maybe he can save these idiots from themselves and get some shareholder value. Very similar when the activist investor jumped on the board of directors of Aecon in the summer...you knew he was going to make something happen.
