RE:RE:Are the Board of Directors crooks or dumbells?I don’t think they plan on going private or they wouldn’t be trying to sell a third of the company for a third of nav in advance. Maybe we’re saying the same thing. When the stock is selling at a third of their own published nav they aren’t in a position to blow off a legitimate offer. I’m impressed that these Signa guys seem prepared to play hardball. The timing seems an obvious response to the announced transaction plans. Signa’s offer is a superior source of capital if it’s for real.
