I hope you're wrong about the failure aspect of HBC but after holding this damn stock for over a year it's hard to disagree with you. If the a$$holes managing this company can't figure out how to boost the stock price it really doesn't matter what the hell value investors put on the real estate. I can't understand why some large shareholders such as, Teachers Pension Fund, don't put pressure on Richard Baker to institute a return of capital policy by way of asset sales and dividends.
