Only way to save HBC

Only way to save HBCIs if it is taken private by a hedge fund and they fire Baker from all aspects of the organization. The below link pretty much sums it up. Three years ago in October I was in Amsterdam on a cruise and I was an investor of HBC. I wanted to see first hand what the new HBC experience would look and feel. Sadly, it was empty and poorly executed. I recall that I was extremely hesitant when I read that they decided to enter the European market when they were still struggling at home with Gilt and Saks. I sold after I visited the new store in Amsterdam as I predicted then that it will struggle mightly and now they have filed for bankruptcy. Then you have this absolute arrogance that they can somehow buy out Macy's. Clearly, Baker doesn't smell how terrible their fundamentals are because he thinks everyone is in love with the Bay. Horrible management and I hope a large hedge fund can buy it out take it private and bring in a seasoned management team. https://www.dutchnews.nl/news/2019/11/hudsons-bay-files-for-court-protection-in-the-netherlands/
