RE: No explaination The stock was at $22 not very long ago...it was $25 just the other day so in % terms thats a pretty good short term gain. The markets are usually soft in the summer and with concerns of a possible softening of the US economy due to higher rates, housing, etc, HBM will trade with the market. It may be taken out by firms such as Lundin or Teck, or some other player but that is already priced in. HBM will move on higher if it makes an acquisition that is logical and or shows big production increases in its existing properties. This summer stay cool and relax...all in IMHO.
