Hudbay Minerals Inc. is a copper-focused mining company. The Company has operations and pipeline of copper growth projects in tier-one mining-friendly jurisdictions of Canada, Peru, and the United States. The Company’s operating portfolio includes the Constancia mine in Cusco (Peru), the Snow Lake operations in Manitoba (Canada) and the Copper Mountain mine in British Columbia (Canada). The Company owns 75% of the Copper Mountain Mine, which is located south of Princeton, British Columbia. Copper Mountain Mine is a conventional open pit, truck, and shovel operation. The mine has approximately 45,000 tons per day plant that utilizes a conventional crushing, grinding and flotation circuit to produce copper concentrates with gold and silver credits.

Just stating the facts don't need to pump anything or any company and with you being a shareholder obviously your oblivious or just being ignorant knowing full well HBM lost the court case well over a 2 years ago to CAA (Callinan Mines) and owes them a pile and I mean a pile of money from the most profitable mine that HBM has had (777 mine)!! Hence the quarterly payments that HBM has been paying CAA for almost 2 years now, HBM went back to the supreme court to try to keep their books closed for a reason - the real question remains is the number $50,100,150,000,000 that they will have to pay out or just take a stab at them? I guess everyone will know by May 27th!!!!!!!!!! GLTA - LOL!
