Who to trust? A very difficult decision. Trust is a function of both: 1) Competence and 2) Integrity.
Louden's Board: Zero Competence in China + Unknown Integirty.
I can say for fact that Louden's board doesn't have a freekin clue what's going on in China - zero competenece. They are sitting in Toronto battling by proxy and waiting for salaries. Why else would Louden be trying to get money back to Canada. There is no "Canadian Operations". So I am unsure about their integrity.
Yu's Board: High Competence + Low Integrity
Yu was the one who built this company from ground up. He has all of the relations and connections in China. Inegrity is low as we have discovered questionable money transfers, inability to follow through on his proposed take-over, and being a Chinese businessman working with government officials requires a certain level of shadiness. However, he also owns 20m shares (unless he sold them all in an offshore account in BVI - which Chinese prefer to use).
We need them to each propose plans. State their intentions. Intentions are still hidden IMO.
I think the vote should go to whoever can monetize the accounts recievable.
