Got the Proxy - Mr. Yu does not disclose much!In the heart of the proxy is the "Background and Reason for Soliciation".  It's one sentence:  "Mr. Yu has serious concerns regarding the governence practices at Hanfeng".   REALLY???  IS THAT ALL YOU'RE GOING TO TELL US???  Yu sure is keeping his cards close to his chest.  I don't trust this soliciation so far...

Interesting to see that Yu was paid $500k salary for 10 years even when he drove the company into the ground.  Since he is not CEO anymore he does not get this salary.  Maybe that's why Yu is putting up such a fight...

Anyone else care to comment?
