These remarks need to be taken with a large grain of salt. He hasn't been on BNN for over a year and at that time, he was primarily a REIT specialist. But he has now gone off most REITs as he thinks we're already in a recession. As an example, one of his top picks was ARX and he never looked at energy in the past. His comments were essentially similar for all the ocmpanies he used to recommend including CAR.UN, IIP.UN, DIR.UN, AP.UN and TCN. GLTA

At this point, no, though they have good assets. Good at what they do. Valuation is high. The theme of owning rentals has fully matured. CAD strength is a headwind. Well run. Small cap, good job of growing.
