only up from here I am still in and holding strong. Fully invested this play.
The Administration in Washington is doing an amazing job which allows me to be comfortable with what is happening here. AIr BnB has not had a major impact in a strong market maybe that would change if the market was slower.
We are already seeing the results of the operational improvements and expect this to continue over the next quarters. Not selling until this gets back up to $10 and happy to collect my 12-14% yield.
This is a golden opportuinity. Maybe one of the best on the TSX.
Hence, insiders were buying like mad 13 months ago.
Long as an Italian sausage on this one.
