There have been so many doubts around this company. I bought in around $8 and then again at $7. I was nervous when it hit $5.90 one year ago. 

The yield was solid and still is. 

I bought more at $6.40 range and feel good about the sitution. 

1) transaction is completed 
2) renovations are more or less completed 
3) there doesnt appear to be much of a gap between the transactions which should impact cash flow and dividend 
4) insiders bought around $10 million off the open market in Q4 2018. That was good enough for me 
5) stock has recovered from the low $6 / share range
