HOT Update - China Virus

HOT Update - China Virus

with the Chinese virus spreading througout the USA and Canada it is without a doubt that we are heading into the eye of the storm.

Hotels, airlines, fastfood are all going to get smacked which is already happening. I think that hotels will be empty for the next month. In a good case scenerio, we will start to travel again at the end of May. Worse case, things will be shut down for the next 6 months.

Hot needs to stop all dividend payments!! This is not sustainable.

There is a good chance that this company folds. Some companies will fold and this is a perfect one to go under. It is a such a shame and we can blame this directly on the shoulders of the dirty Chinese.

Let's see what happens but we are going sub- $1/ share.
