TSX:HOT.DB.V - Post Discussion

CFO resigned

in case anybody noticed. I was considering taking a position but than noticed he left. My concern is he is the 2nd top executive to leave in the past months after the CEO. They know the state of business, which means they could sell their shares if they didn't think there was much left in the pot for them. Thoughts?

People come and go all the time. The more important question is how the company is perceived vs. what it actually is. It is NOT a railway bunkhouse operation like some of the dolts on BNN would have people believe. AHIP's hotels have been recently renovated and will command top room rates when travel rebounds, which is soon.

It could be just that he doesn't gel with the new CEO. As far as I know, despite the CEO "leaving", he didn't sell his shares.
