RE:RE:RE:HOT now vulnerable to a takeoutThe re-instatement of distributions in February was extremely conservative and is over 70% below what was being paid out pre-pandemic. After 2 years of restrictions and shutdowns, now gone, the hospitality sector is just getting it's legs again. For them to cut after just re-starting would require a total disaster in earnings. I just don't see it.
