RE:RE:Distribution announcedA current payout ratio of less than 50% gives them a cushion.  On top of that they could initiate an asset sale to raise additional funds before cutting. Banks are also not ruthless, they will work with them. Seen it with SRV (which I own) and bought during covid when the bears were calling bankruptcy. And seen it with BBD (which I own) when the bears were calling for bankruptcy. Both positions are very green for me today.

The numbers in the last report were declining, and with debt scheduled to be renegotiated at higher interest rates, that is a major concern. Pretend it isn't all you like.
