RE:Sudden Surge in Price?

RE:Sudden Surge in Price? Here's what a knowledgeable investor with a relatively deep interest in HOT.UN said on another message board recently: "However, despite the good performance, the market value of my stock is currently quite low, sitting at around $45,000 with each share priced at $0.57. If the stock price keeps dropping, I plan to sell off some of my other stocks and use the money to buy more shares of this REIT over time, following a strategy known as dollar-cost averaging." I'm not saying the dramatic price increase has been caused by this investor, but other investors and maybe even institutions or funds who can dabble in microcap or penny stocks probably agree with his sentiment and see the potential deep value in this REIT, albeit I'd say it's still a risky play.
