Haven't seen you around for a while. What's your take on the total collapse of the share price?
I know you still hold a large position here, so you must have some thoughts.

I'm mourning a death in my family and haven't been following much of anything lately. I haven't added since the $2's. Tax loss season is approaching if not here already so the momentum remains negative. The FED's higher for longer stance on rates is not helping either. On the other hand, the payout ratio up to now has been low which is a positive. As long as HOT can ...more

Correction, last buy in the $1.80's and average in the $2's

Sorry about your loss. That gets all too common as we get older. AS for HOT, it isn't just them. Any company with a high debt/asset ratio is getting slammed by rising interest rates. I don't think the market is convinced that will change anytime soon. We could be entering another long term period of what is actually fairly normal rates, i.e. higher.
