Tax loss season is approaching if not here already so the momentum remains negative. The FED's higher for longer stance on rates is not helping either. On the other hand, the payout ratio up to now has been low which is a positive. As long as HOT can maintain the current dividend we should be good, but we will need to wait for the former scenario to pass.
