Responsible management

After 2 years of covid wreaking havoc on this industry, it was exciting to get that distribution back in March. However, it sits 70% below of what it was pre-pandemic and business is closing in on 2019 levels. So, the anticipation is high for a div bump. But, management is playing it extremely safe as covid's claws still linger with chain supply and labour challenges. And, of course, a possible recession if, that is, we are not already in one.

So, I am comfortable with the current .015 USD (8%) distribution but within the next 2 quarters I see another bump coming. The market is full of uncertainty and when to buy an equity is daunting. If there was a ever a "good" price to buy at with minimal downside, this would be it for this equity. If some decide to sell on the lack of a div hike then I am ready to add without hesitation.
