We will churn down here for awhile but it won't be forever.
Read an opinion about OPEC and previous promises to cut and lack of activity. They now realize that their regimes will start to get out of control because a lot of revenue has fallen off. That's when the fundamentalists / militants / malcontents start to make trouble for the existing power structure...
So the author feels that NOW, more than any other time before, it has become imperative to OPEC's political survival that they implement the cuts and get the price of oil moving North...
So I guess we will know if that is the direction by next Wednesday. I choose to hold some at these prices...
