You can't just drive into a fueling station and say charge up my car please in less than 3 min. No one has the time to wait hours for a recharge or even wait 15 min to change battery packs. Electric cars will have to be for city driving and plug into wall sockets. Too many have can't afford a new electric car and are more likely to use gasoline for the next 10 years.
