Nobody really knows but at 1X chances are pretty grim unfortunately. I'm still holding and watching. May as well forget it for a while I guess... DS

As long as HOUstays at 1 time ratio, it would take oil over $80 a bbl to see ETF at$30.

Yes, unfortunately, that's the issue here ufoolme. I'm thinking of selling this painful one and move to a better 2X or 3X ETF. It could be US or the Canadian markets. GUSH on the US stock exchange looks interesting while we wait for any development regarding the HOU 2X to kick in whenever that happens... DS

I'm not sure "better" is the term I would use.  All of These ETFs generally follow their objective.  It's the performance of the underlying target that is the driver. The ETF price just follows the underlying price direction.  You just have to be right about when you are in or out.  And the bigger the leverage, the more erosion that occurs.
