Ed hpf is somewhat bullish here given little to no effect on dividend cut announcement. A good sign we may have hit bottom. Also a trump win will bode well might be worth a swing

This doesn't take effect until the Dec 31 record date and even at $0.01 is still 6.9%.  Also, if the Republicans win Nov 3 election, I see a positive for the energy sector.  Good luck ...more

I was just on the harvest website because of previous comments.  Still paying 3 cents, and projecting increased oil consumption for decades.
