In June I said $75.00
We might get closer to $90.00

Strong balance sheet: zero debt
20% plus  growth in 2024
possibly $5.00 a share profit for 2023

buyout possible at $120 a share

Has any analyst or anyone else suggested a buyout is likely? I have wondered. But I haven't spotted anything.

I am only speculating but I would think a larger company would view Hammond as  a nice aqusiiton to complement thier existing business.

I'm sure there is some interest to acquire Hammond but it entirely depends on whether Bill Hammond wants to sell. I could see Hammond getting some looks from any of the larger/diversified manufacturers (Emerson, GE, Seimens, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, ERMCO) and also private equity/congrolmerate investors like Brookfield Business Partners as they are deploying capital towards the energry transition ...more
