RE:RE:Overall Rent collections over 90pct in July! I know, I usually don't bash but he's a prime candidate. Whatever happens with the share price will happen, but I'll sleep like a baby going forward. We have to cross our fingers we don't go back on lockdown. I'm guessing now that CECRA is ending the retail collections will jump as well! I'm not sure who it was on the Riocan board that said showed properties are selling for NAV, it proves the market is completely disconnected!
The earnings report is solid though, not just from a revenue perspective but from a capitalization, new properties and further diversification perspective. They will be much more heavily weighted residential and industrial after the new projects finalize!
