Snake, why don't you sell your position and move into something else if it's driving you nuts, I can feel your anxiety through the internet! This will take a while to rebound, but it will eventually. My company just resigned a monster office space lease for another 10 years in Toronto last week. We had reduced our workforce but kept the space to give people more room. The whole office ...more

Yes please. That way we don't have to listen to your negative rants several times a day. Or, you could keep HR, stop watching it like a hawk every day, and come back in 2021 when it has gone up 20%.

After all these are Reits we are talking about. The molasses of price movements. these are not for day trading or shorting. Too many better stocks for quick movements. collect your div and be happy.  Best sell or your won't sleep at night.

I disagree with you on day/short term trading. My wife & I have held 3550 shares for yonks and just leave those alone BUT we also short term trade with sme other cash we have on hand. Since mid-Mar we have done 39 trades for a profit of $9848. We're not making big dough with each trade but it does add up.  Ciao   Sarge

Nothing wrong with that Sarge. I trade some stocks, and hold others... Check out CPX... Its a good trader but volume is not that high... It dives for a day or 2 and almost always recovers by the end of the day (or 2)..............

SargeX, I appaud you for making profit. In fact, I appaud anyone turning over even 1$ profit. But Reits are know to slide sideways for weeks and many times months.  if you have a stronger sense for gambling higher risk, then there are better stocks you can watch hourly and trade 39 times in a week. All depends your tolerance. i don't see why one(they know who they are) would wine ...more

Hey Too My wife & I are really conservative investors and are generally buy & hold of dividend income/growth stocks for the long term. We actually don't believe in taking profits unless it's on a short term trade. We're retirees living off our dividend income so always want a steady stream. Also, we only do short term trades in stocks we also hold for the long term as I know ...more

Gas, I was responding to Mr. Alias who never has anything all that productive to say. He can be entertaining but it does get tiresome. You always make valuable comtributions that are informative and provide insight. Keep it up!
