Amen! It's just a matter of time where "when" is the unknown but the infrastructure is built and accommodating. If I was to guess, 2nd half of 2021 companies will ask without choice for staff to head back. Productivity equals Profit.

Nope, and you can blame politicians. Mask mandate will be in effect for years, they are tighting rules, not relaxing them. It's become a new world order of compliance. There's no going back to normal with the fear they shoved down everyones throats
