I LOVE HR REIT BUT....

I have a hard time selling $13.50 because of the quality of the porfolio and assets.

But in reality, the dividend is the lowest in the sector.  It also trades at a valuation now at 50% which is the bottom end of the range.  I mean, bottom line is, HR is just not special

You are just unhappy because the share price is in the basement along with all the other REITS. HR has quality assets and quality management and long term investors will do well for sure. Investing is not a day to day game. You might be better served by closing your screens for a period and thinking a bit more long term ;).
