The million dollar question that no one seems to be asking
Are private real estate transaction the past 2 months still occuring at elevated or decent prices. These transact frequently especially in the states so should not be hard to see how prices have soften, especially since we are at the final stretch of the tightening cycle.

Cost of money increases... deals slow and buybacks stops.
