$13

$13 - Who woulda thought. Im happy to trim and unwind leverage at this level. Almost fully repaid my most costly tranche of leverage. Broad equity downtrend still in tact... not sure if it hits REITs should it continue (you would think broad liquidation would impact everything) .. but I like taking a conservative approach - take profit and unwind debt agressivley (funny my conservative approach includes 100s of thousands of leverage lol). Congrats to anyone here who went shopping in the 10s.

Its a remarkable feat but lets remember HR has a tendency to rally around its earnings and outperform!

I still have a ton of HR... reducing my leverage... meaning I'm still levered long here... simply freeing up liquidity in case we have a drawdown so I can start buying again sub $12.

I think we're going to still head up before we go down....even if fed does a 0.50 pts it just means theyll have to cut faster when the sh!t hits the fan.  If they do 0.25 the market will continue to rally into earnings season

I'm cool with either scenario - lots of leverage with interest rates higher than HR yield. Send it higher lads.
