HR is canabolizing itself. There is really is not much left to this company to sustain any dividends. All these real estaste trusts were ponzi schemes. . Most of us just didnt see it. Every property it sells is below what they paid for it. It will go down to 5 then be gobbled up.

That is a nonsense post for sure. It's one of the best run and most valuable Canadian REITs available. The recent sales have alll been significantly above purchase price.
