Well look at SL Green and Boston Properties, both in areas with far less office usage since covid, and they are doing great?

Flipping Canadians panicking, while their fundamentals are stronger than the Americans. Giving their units away... Maybee some serious investors will come in and swoop these up. Could be.......Americans :-)

I agree with your point, looking quickly, HR.UN would have to rise 20-30% to be the same as boston in terms of FFO/price.  Plus HR.UN is half residential/industrial. I personally don't like HR.UN dumping properties because the market doesn't like office right now.  I'd rather they just focus on best long term value/price and not worry about pleasing the market's mood of ...more
