Disappointing day
Disappointing day
The absence of a news release around PDAC is a big concern to me. My biggest hope has been that more minable deposits will be found on the property. I am now starting to believe that the test drilling of the 5 or more targets to date has not yielded anything of note. I base this on the assumption that the directors and management are following the requirements of the Securities Law. If they have anything material then under the continuous disclosure requirements they would have had to release the information to the market by now. The deafening silence is disturbing IMHO.
We will know for sure by 31 March when the next quarterly report and MD&A will be released. Still long but feeling less hopeful of a decent bump in the SP.

Continuous disclosure requirements
The principal requirement for timely disclosure is that a reporting issuer must issue and file a press release "forthwith" when a material change in its affairs occurs, or when material information relating to its affairs becomes known to management. A "material change" is a change in the business, operations or capital of the reporting issuer that would reasonably be expected to have a significant effect on the market price or value of any of its securities.
