RE:Prospector versus Mining Company
RE:Prospector versus Mining CompanyTotally agree ballot123. New investors in Harte are showing themselves to be very conservative, only treating Harte as a mining company. They appear to be basing their value calculations and assesments in the same way that analysts value the company. In simple terms, IMO, the PEA and the analysts reports are pretty much just based on the Sugar Zone down to 1000m with a bit of the Middle Zone thrown in. The main trigger we need to see on the way to production, is the offical approval of the permit and then we see the SP start to move towards the analysts one-year targets of $0.90 to $1.20
But Harte still has the prospecting/discovering aspect and it has massive potential. It seems to me that the tough junior mining company market that we are experiencing today means that not much of this potential is built into the current SP. The market reacts to proof of critical facts and information, not speculation. However this potential is the reason most of us are long term investors in Harte.
We have all been waiting very, very patiently (years) for the assays for the exploration drilling. Good exploration assays is the only way that this SP will move beyond a dollar IMHO. That is why I have expressed my frustration in the past that the assay results for the exploration sites have not been released in as timely a manner as they could have been. Nevermind.
The time has arrived and very soon (imminently) we are going to have a much better idea of what this property has to offer. I am still hoping for a heap of that prospector excitment to hit Harte!!!!
