Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Very interesting.....for all your friends here could you be more specific with regard to those options....as to amount....strike price/date....and to whom they were issued .

Also it might be equally interesting to have you clarify exactly what ''and such'' refers to ......those were your words.....presumably since you put it in print it must refer to something you consider relevant.

Bikerack....sorry to take so long to reply, not like me, was away for few days and I don't use my phone to respond, just to read..ssooo...I strongly urge everyone to go to SEDi and see all this stuff for yourself....the options and RSU's were issued at 12 cents.... and by and such I was referring to the RSU's DSU's and options...https://www.sedi.ca/sedi/SVTItdController?locale=en-CA
