4 rth qtr. results
4 rth qtr. resultsJust looking a little closer at this....maybe we are not expecting any FS until April 1....public companies are not required to produce quarterly results after the 4rth qtr...they are required to produce quarterly results within 45 days for only the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd qtrs....they are required to produce AUDITED FS and MD&A 90 days past year end....looking at past company NR's and SEDAR releases, Harte has not produced 4rth qtr results...last Feb a NR only advised us of Tim's rise to Exec. VP and the issuance of a whole whack of options...maybe we are not going to get any news anytime soon....they are for sure required to produce annual results by March 30, 31....we may just be waiting until then....we may get drill results prior to PDAC to generate excitement and conversation. ( and only if there is something exciting to talk about with TT8 )..anyone else see it this way ??.
