I calls them like I sees them.....of all the titles available, they chose VP of People....not a big leap to conclude then,  that Harte has enough people, or soon will, or need to be hired,,,that we needed the expertise of a VP specifically devoted to people and their needs...if most people working for or with Harte are under contract,  then who is there to VP over...at an executive salary...many companies call them office managers perhaps
