Options and Warrants

Options and WarrantsFrom  Dec 31, 2019  FS....roughly 54,000,000 options issued with average excercise price of  $.33....roughly  27,000,000 warrants issued with average excercise price of $ .42...Held by various directors and shareholders...so we have a long way to go before these instruments are  " In the money "  let alone profitable for their holders....not including the warrants and options issued recently with various financings since Dec 31, 2019. ( at a lower price )...my point...the big payday for the warrant and options holders depends on a actively traded share price OR a buyout well north of $ .50 ....I have not taken the time to figure out Appian's average cost::, would be a challenging excercise, ::but  I would guess it has to be somewhere between $ .30 and $ .40...so at a buyout price of $ .50 many just get their money back with a little extra for their troubles for pizza money.....our senior team together with Appian has to be working on an eventual share price WELL north of a buck...so I continue to hold...
